We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially for wellness treatments, archery, and guided horseback rides.
Most activities run rain or shine, unless extreme weather makes it unsafe. We'll provide shelter and adapt plans where needed.
Many activities continue as planned (you'll be surprised how lovely the forest is in light rain!). For storms or high winds, we may reschedule or refund.
Some activities have age guidelines — for example, archery (8+), horseback riding (5+), and fire-making workshops (6+ with supervision). Please ask for details.

If you cancel 24+ hours in advance, we'll offer a refund or reschedule. Within 24 hours, we'll do our best, but refunds aren't guaranteed.
If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
Yes. All necessary safety gear is provided — helmets, gloves, archery protection, etc. You'll receive a safety briefing before each session.
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring bikes, yoga mats, or binoculars — though we also provide gear for most activities.
Yes. If you prefer calm, solo or low-intensity experiences (like journaling, reiki, sauna, or foraging), we'll tailor your schedule accordingly.
